Ethics Channel
Welcome to the TAE Ethics Channel. The purpose of this channel is for any person, organization, or stakeholder to report any allegedly illicit or irregular conduct by any employee, collaborator, or third party with a professional relationship with TAE. Likewise, through this channel, unethical, inappropriate, or conduct contrary to any of the principles and values of our organization or our internal rules and policies may be reported.
Complaints may be filed anonymously; in this case, to ensure your anonymity, we recommend that you file the complaint from an email account created for this sole purpose and that does not contain personal data. The company commits not to make any attempt to trace the origin of your communication.
TAE guarantees the utmost discretion and confidentiality of the complainant, both at the time of receiving the complaint and during its processing and management, as well as their effective protection against retaliation.
Likewise, TAE will not allow access to the complaint by unauthorized personnel nor will it transfer your data, except in cases legally provided for or expressly authorized by the user.
TAE informs that individuals who file complaints in bad faith, with knowledge of their falsehood, or for the sole purpose of undermining the reputation and prestige of TAE or any of its professionals or managers will be subject to the sanctions provided for in the organization’s disciplinary regime. Likewise, in the face of such complaints, TAE may seek protection from the Courts of Justice if there is a civil or criminal offense.
